I have worked in the financial services and property industry for over 14 years.
From the start of my working life at one of the UK’s leading high street banks I have developed a keen interest in the financial sector on the whole and the mortgage market in particular.
Having been CeMap qualified since 2009 I have developed a wealth of experience in the post credit crunch/post covid market and pride myself on knowing most of the major lenders criteria off by heart.
Kate Armitage (Director)
I worked in estate agency and property related business for over 15 years before becoming a mortgage advisor.  I have maintained a key interest in the whole process of buying a house and have a wealth of knowledge in relation to identifying a good property to buy, researching the area, likely trajectory of capital growth, and how to navigate dealing with estate agents to get the best outcomes.
I completed my CeMap qualifications in 2010 and I firmly believe that Cherry Tree Financial can offer a client a fully rounded service on the entirety of their house buying purchase due to our experience and knowledge of the process involved.
